Specialist in treatment of primary and metastatic cancer of liver, bile duct, pancreas  and liver transplant, I started my medical formation with my graduation in Medicina e Chirurgia (Medicine and Surgery) at Università degli Studi di Bari in July 2005 and the specialisation  Chirurgia Generale (General Surgery)  in July  2011 in the unit of “Chirurgia Generale e Trapianto di Fegato” headed by  Prof. Vincenzo Memeo at l’Università degli Studi di Bari.

During my training,i have worked  (November 2008 – October 2009) as FFI (foreign fellow)  in the unit of Chirurgie Digestive et Transplantation Hepatique dell’ Hopital Henri Mondor (Paris, France), headed  by Prof. Daniel Cherqui at in the unit of Chirurgie Hepatobiliare et Transplantation Hepatique (November 2010 – October  2011) in  Hopital Paul Brousse (Paris, France), headed  by Prof. Denis Castaing.

After the specialisation, i worked for two years   (November 2011 – October 2013 ) come Chef de Clinique (Senior Fellow)  in the unit of Chirurgie Digestive et Transplantation Hepatique of Hopital Henri Mondor (Paris, France), headed  by Prof. Daniel Azoulay and for one year  (November 2013 – October 2014)  in unit of  Chirurgie Hepatobiliare et Transplantation Hepatique dell’ Hopital Paul Brousse (Paris, France), headed by Prof. Denis Castaing.

Since November 2014 i am working as  Praticen Attaché (Consultant) in  “Service di Chirurgie Digestive”  headed by  dal Prof. Didier Mutter at  Nouvel Hopital Civil (Strasburg, France), working in the Hepatobiliary and pancreatic unit headed by  Prof. Patrick Pessaux. Since November 2014 i am working as scientific consultant at  IHU Strasbourg for the development of “Image guided Surgery”. In June 2015 I obtained my  PhD in “Surgical Science and Cellular Therapies ” at l’Università degli Studi di Bari.
